The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System allows collection and storage/retrieval of data at an individual booking passenger level. Some types of information stored—address details, contact details, passport details etc. are in a fixed format under the Group, Contacts and Passport tabs in FastBook Pax Travelling or GroupBook/Rooming List/Pax Names.

The format and type of data being stored can be user defined, and the two Profile Entry menu items allow the type and format of the data to be defined. The type and format of the data to be stored will vary depending on individual user company’s requirements.
